The CH-800 gantry style heavy duty band saw is designed for the cut of solids and tubes with a variety of materials including, but not limited to, iron, steel, aluminum alloy, stainless steel and bearing steel.
★ Semi-automatic operation, easy to understand and use control panel;
★ Hydraulic downfeed rate is adjustable and controlled by stepless regulating valve;
★ This band saw machine is equipped with two hydraulic cylinders to ensure smooth downfeed. The up and down motion of saw frame is guided by high-precision linear guides, making sure of high cutting accuracy, efficiency, and rigidity.
★ The saw uses roller bearings and carbide blocks to guide the blades which extend the blade life.
