Impact has always had a strong focus on women's wrestling, with many of TNA's best rivalries taking place in the Knockouts Division.

Arguably one of the strongest women's divisions in all professional wrestling, Impact Wrestling's Knockouts Division has gone through several eras, with many impressive names and memorable feuds. In 2022, the company has continued to grow with major signings in the form of Killer Kelly and Mia Yim joining an already loaded division with the likes of Mickie James, Tasha Steelz, Chelsea Green, Jordynne Grace, and Deonna Purrazzo.

Over the past two decades, TNA/Impact Wrestling has managed to survive even the bleakest-looking moments. Throughout their history, the Knockouts Division has remained a constant within the company. Looking through the best feuds that the Knockouts Division has delivered, fans can seek out these rivalries as the best that TNA/Impact has to offer.

Having the honor of being one of the first female feuds in TNA history, Trinity and Desire would come to blows consistently during the early days of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. Following a broken back injury to Desire, upon her return, she would become a massively over babyface coming for revenge against Trinity.

The two would wrestle one another before the women's division was even dubbed the Knockouts Division, with them also facing off in mixed tag-team competition as well.

Setting a new bar for violence in the Knockouts Division, this violent rivalry between Daffney and Taylor Wilde would see a few first for the women of Impact Wrestling. Thanks to their ongoing issues in storyline, Daffney & Taylor would be the first women to compete in a Monster's Ball Match, and would also have a 10,000 tacks match as well!

While Wilde would win the feud between herself & Daffney, the two would face off a few more times in TNA, keeping their rivalry alive during 2009 and 2010. Taylor Wilde would actually return to Impact Wrestling in 2021, but would vanish from television and has yet to come back since, so time will tell on if we get to see the Wilde One back in the Knockouts Division once more or not.

One of Impact Wrestling's more recent marquee feuds in the legendary Knockouts Division, Deonna Purrazzo would come into the company after being released by WWE in 2020, quickly targeting Jordynne Grace. Immediately setting her sights on the top prize in the company, the Knockouts Championship, Purrazzo would look to go from enhancement talent to main event star.

Grace and Purrazzo would do battle in a series of matches, including a 30-minute Iron Man Match, with the two women having excellent chemistry together. Now in 2022, Grace once again has the Knockouts Championship and has found herself butting heads with Purrazzo on TV, with the two hopefully meeting with the title on the line later on.

For those unaware, Mia Yim used to compete in Impact Wrestling prior to her run in WWE. During her time under the Impact banner, she competed as Jade. One aspect of her first run in the company that many look back fondly at is her singles feud against fan favorite spooky Knockout, Rosemary.

During their rivalry, Yim and Rosemary would meet in a Six Sides of Steel Match, with Rosemary dethroning the champ to become Knockouts Champion! Luckily for Impact, both Rosemary and Mia Yim are in the company together once again, and with Yim heating up as a singles star once again, they could opt to run this back for newer fans.

For AEW fans, Allie is currently now known as The Bunny, where she manages the Butcher & The Blade and sometimes wrestles on her own or alongside Penelope Ford. Prior to this however, Allie became quite the star during her time in Impact Wrestling.

Playing the role of Maria Kanellis' assistant in a group alongside Maria and Laurel Van Ness (Chelsea Green), Allie would become a strong babyface amongst the fans while constantly being shafted by her heel boss. First scoring a surprise win to become Knockouts Champion, Allie would be forced to let Maria beat her for the title, setting up a massive redemption arc for her that would eventually see Allie beat Laurel Van Ness, to win her championship back in very entertaining fashion!

While WWE ran with their Divas Era, TNA would introduce The Beautiful People as their resident Divas of the Knockouts Division. Originally consisting of Angelina Love, Madison Rayne, and Velvet Sky, the lineup would eventually change. Kicking off the biggest feud available from this, Madison Rayne and Angelina Love, the two best wrestlers of the bunch, would begin a rivalry.

Following Angelina Love's brief exit from TNA due to Visa issues, Rayne & Sky would recruit Lacey Von Erich as their third. Upon Love's return, she and Madison would face off a number of times across several years, first in 2010, a few more times in 2014, and one final time at TNA One Night Only: Rivals 2017.

While WWE fans may be familiar with both Mickie James and Victoria, those who did not follow TNA actively during 2010 may not have seen this feud play out. Featuring two firey women that both were in their prime, this program between James and Tara in TNA would go down as one of the more memorable Knockouts rivalries.

With their first singles meeting ending in a no contest after facing off in a few tag matches, Tara and James would finally settle their differences in a Steel Cage Match, with James getting the win. Two years later, the two would restart their program for the Knockouts Championship, with Tara defeating Mickie James at Final Resolution 2012.

Making her TNA Debut as the first-ever female referee for the company, Taryn Terrell would soon find herself being targeted by Gail Kim, who was currently one of the top heels in TNA. Facing off in a Last Knockouts Standing Match, the two women would go to war in a critically acclaimed match that saw Terrell breakout.

From there, the rivalry would continue with a Ladder Match that Gail Kim would win, before facing off a few more times throughout the years. Between the Last Knockouts Standing Match and their Ladder Match, Kim & Terrell managed to have a heated, memorable feud for the Knockouts Division.

Scoring a shocking upset over Awesome Kong during a main event of an episode of Impact Wrestling, Taylor Wilde would leave the Impact Faithful's jaws dropped as she would become Knockouts Champion out of nowhere. From there, Kong would be hellbent on revenge, coming back after Taylor Wilde and the Knockouts Gold, though Wilde would retain at Slammiversary and Bound For Glory.

In her third attempt to beat Taylor, Awesome Kong would regain the Knockouts Title, with these matches serving as a legendary feud for TNA/Impact Wrestling's Knockouts Division!

When it comes to the Knockouts Division, the immediate names that every TNA/Impact Wrestling fan thinks of are Gail Kim and Awesome Kong. Being two of the greatest women's wrestlers in history, the two have earned that right and deserve all the praise in the world for what they did during their career, including sharing a legendary rivalry together within TNA.

As Knockouts, Kim and Kong electrified fans and displayed what the Knockouts Division was all about at a time when WWE was in the midst of their divas era, with their women's roster often being treated below second-rate. Gail Kim and Awesome Kong's would span years, first battling in 2007 and facing off in nearly 20 matches against one another during their time in TNA. For women's wrestling fans, this is one of the definitive feuds for women within professional wrestling.
